Thrift store finds, like this brand-name fabric wallet by Vera Bradley®, offer wonderful opportunities for upscaling or repurposing. When I found this wallet in particular, I liked it alright … *but* the fabric colors … not as much (I forgot to snap the original fabric, my bad … but just to give you a mental image, it was black fabric with a faded white, and mustard yellow floral print).

Luckily, the wallet’s lackluster fabric was nothing a little paint and trim couldn’t fix 🙂
