EXUDE (Part 3): Page Count and Cover Design Inspo
Progress on EXUDE continues 🙏🏽
So far, I’m about 220-pages into my writing, which means I have plenty of material to work with.
Now I need to figure out what my page count stopping point should or could be.
That’s what my visit to my local Barnes & Noble book store helped me determine; a quick perusing of other books in my genre gave me a solid idea of page count ranges and options to consider 🎥👇🏽
Not only was this bookshelf visit extremely helpful in assessing marketable page counts (and their price points) but I also walked away with tons of ideas for creative book cover ideas as well.
After my bookshelf visit, I decided EXUDE will be just under 300 pages.
This decision means that any content, artwork, or book sections that push EXUDE beyond the 300’ish page mark will be saved for a potential Volume 2 edition 🙏🏽
